- Cinnamon Sugar: 1 teaspoon brown sugar, 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon, 1/8 teaspoon salt

- Drain and rinse canned garbanzo beans. Spread onto plate or cutting board. Pat dry with a clean towel. Add to small bowl.
- Add oil, salt, cumin, and black pepper to bowl with garbanzo beans. Mix until oil and spices are evenly distributed.
- Spray non-stick spray onto a baking sheet. Spread out garbanzo beans onto pan.
- Bake for 40-50 minutes, until garbanzo beans are lightly toasted.
